What is the treatment for pains in the sole of the feet and scrotal endodermis?

light pains on the scrotum; difficulty in having erection (not surprised, due to diabetes; had sciatica once; pains sole of feet and toes; get some relief when petroleum jelly or some oil like olive oil is applied; desparately need cure.

Find a massage therapist that specializes in sports therapy to help relieve the sciatica pain. They should also have extensive knowledge of reflexology, a type of massage for the feet.

As for the scrotum pain, I'm just not sure about that one. Saw Palmetto is great for prostrate issues, but you must take it daily and in large doses. Not sure if that would help with the pain, though.

Of course, you probably already know that you MUST change your diet since you have diabetes. Exercise goes a long way for diabetics also. But most diabetics I know, don't do anything but take the pills/shots and go on with their lives the best they can.

Dear friend I think you meant scrotal Epididymis, Epididymis is a structure within the scrotum attached to the backside of the testis. The epididymis is a coiled segment of the spermatic ducts that serves to store, mature and transport spermatozoa between the testis and the vas (the vas deferens). OK this is a inflammation of the Epididymis this can be cause by infection or a more serious decease . And it can also cause the pain in the sole of youre feet .Other causes for can be that you have taken quinolones antibiotics like Cipro that can cause leg and foot pain in some people or that you have taken an anti ulcer medication like cytotec which is a synthetic prostaglanding hormone that causes exes contraction of the PC muscle an testicular pain or prostatitis To ruled out a Serious decease please consult a urologist
